i love this song! i think it's about someone who called themselves a Christian, but didn't follow any of the beliefs, in other words they were luke-warm (like in the letter to the church of Corinth in Revelation in the Bible). and then they realized that they were luke-warm and changed their ways and began following the Christian way. that's just my guess and it makes the most sense to me for this song |

actually it is obvious that about what the lyrics mean, you didn't hear the whole thing i guess it IS about a dude who goes into the future, he sees a man of metal killing everyone, he goes back in time and in the process gets turned into metal from the magnetic field ("He was turned to steel, In the great magnetic field, Where he traveled time, For the future of mankind") He tells ppl wut happened but they think he's crazy ("Has he lost his mind?") everyone makes fun of him. so 2 get his revenge, he kills everyone ("Nobody wants him, They just turn their heads, Nobody helps him, Now he has his revenge") then when he kills everyone, he realizes he living the life of the metal man he saw killing everyone ("Iron Man lives again!) |
