This is an amazing song and has powerful and deep meaning. The first verse I believe is talking about receiving help from fear in a crazy world. In other words jessie doesn't know how to perceive the world, people, and love (x-girlfriend/wife) around him. This leaves him in fear. But he says not to be afraid but instead have an understanding. Now that he has a better understanding he is sure of things, this is where he says "I'm so sure, you'll blame me for this all". Than the "What's so wrong, you claim to call this love" part is just saying how can you claim to call this love if we're like this? The second verse I believe is the opposite sex in the relationship cutting themself and hiding it realizing no satisfaction afterwards and asking themself "who cares at all" (attention). This may refer to the first verse showing that the cutter may be in fear and asking for guidence through attention giving them the reason for hurting themself.
