Taking a look at the intro and the rest of the lyrics, i would say this song is talking about the end of the world that is prophesised in the Bible, ("the future has been foretold") that will be brought upon us by angels in "A rain of bloody feathers." These "Masses of messengers sent for blood" will come to see the "Demise of this land" AKA Earth well thats my best guess anyways :D |
