| Underoath – Desolate Earth :: The End Is Here Lyrics | 17 years ago |
| flyingclubcup: i respectfully disagree i think this song would lose some meaning if it went on longer, to me the instrumental bit signifies the narrator's journey through the 'wasteland' searching for hope and the shouted bit is his triumphant message to the world that he has found hope before he leaves to be with God. Thats why i think it ends perfectly :) | |

| Scary Kids Scaring Kids – The Only Medicine Lyrics | 17 years ago |
| its clearly obviously unmistakenly about drugs look at the name The Only Medicine. The only medicine drugs users care about is whatever they're addicted to and if they dont get they relapse anf it hurts them hence the chorus itd drugs not a relationship | |

I think it's about a prostitute. Youre home now curled up with your chin to your knee. Does it hurt to breathe? Just dont go to sleep. Loose lips, wide hips, you dont have to beg. Each night a different man in your bed. But heres the question, does that man need you? this is conveying she hates herself for being a prostitute and curling up in fetal position each night a differant man explains itself as does loose lips wide hips and the do they really need you as in men who go to prostitutes are only looking for cheap thrills nothing more 'And the players, all the religious and the scoundrels meet in the shady place today. What a terrible shame.' that appears to me to be talking of a brothel where this prostitute works. alas this is only what i take from this song i'm probably completely wrong hahaha :) |
