Woah, FFAMikey- Never thought of it that way before, but it makes perfect sense, especially the verse towards the end: "Branches are bare with a pulse underneath Flowering slowly inside Your hands are warm and my body is wide To hold all the promise of blue-velvet dark and stars" The pulse being the baby, of course, and the wide body being...well, I think you get the picture ;) Either way, gorgeous song. |
