Bush administration falsehoods and denials regarding the Iraq War what was that scar situated from afar (Memory and wound of perceived loss from first Iraq war.) what was that light integrated in your mind (Ideas of how to justify the new Iraq war. I think these would be inspections, investigations, manufacture intelligence, al qeuda connection to Hussein, etc. to antagonize Saddam to war.) what have you done it's too early for everyone (It seemed, to me anyhow, that the invasion was executed before any solid evidence of WMDs. Shock and Awe is an advertising slogan.) wait for that sign spilling over and passed in time (Reference to the lack of evidence of WMDs and passing up that fact and going on with the war machines momentum.) come join in the last hurrah with open sores and open jaw (With the Shock and Awe it will be the last time the US attacks Iraq because it will not end until Saddam and Iraq are brought to their knees.) find one last flaw and keep it safe and free from harm (Later is was proven that Iraq had no WMDs, but this was ignored and to argue against it would be unpatriotic.) what have you done it's too early for everyone so smile go inside come to see there is no sign (Invade and find out that there are now signs or proof of any WMDs.) now here we are revisiting (Back in Iraq via invasion.) a time a place a whole industry well we (Seems exactly the same as the previous invasion. | Haven't listened to this album very often and didn't recognize it at first while listening to Pandora. This REALLY sounds a lot like the Pixies. The rest of Silvesun Pickups, not so much. But this one, ya, very Pixies in sound. Love the song. | |

Reminds me of "Holiday in Cambodia" by Dead Kennedys. Meaning to me: Someone that speaks of how they support an issue (...world hunger for example) but for self-empowering reasons. As soon as the next issue/cause comes along they switch energy to that issue. They are ambitious but to no end result. |

They run out of spin when you don't just eat what they say (reversal of the concept "Eating-upsomeone's words"). By asking them to explain their logic you'll get the last word to expose their hypocrisy.-- "I'd rather be insulted by you Than someone I respect If I don't share the same view It's just my birth defect" -- They will most likey curse yo. Since you understand them and how low they are their insults carry now weight. The only thing to do is to say your different becuase any logical explaination will never be hear.-- All the good that never comes From always getting your way --Refers to the person you hate.-- Basically: When someone talks and acts as if they are above you intellectually it can be possible to counter their spin. |
