Streetlight Manifesto – The Blonde Lead the Blind Lyrics 17 years ago
I agree with both Second Amendment and Kotch22. Human society is doing nothing else but becoming a group of celebrity-crazed, uneducated, pretty much useless people. Less and less people genuinely care about anything with importance behind it and rate entertainment as their first priority. We are the idiocracy. As far as education goes, even though attending school and getting an education is a law in America, going to school doesn't mean everyone will get a good education that positively shapes lives forever. Our most important characteritics of our personalities that can determine our future actions and behaviors aren't formed by education, but outside factors such as the media and that famous, pretty blonde in magazines that has the power to lead a whole ignorant nation

Streetlight Manifesto – Somewhere in the Between Lyrics 17 years ago
This song seems to talk about how the events in a person's life between birth and death tend to go unnoticed to many people until that person dies or until whatever happened is in the way past. It is human nature to want what isn't there or what you can't have and we just need to appreciate what is already there or already happening.

Streetlight Manifesto – One Foot on the Gas, One Foot in the Grave Lyrics 17 years ago
To me, this song deals with the issue of cocaine addiction or any other serious drug addiction, and the trap that you can get yourself into when it becomes more than a habit. Every deal is another chance to die or get caught by the pigs, hence "One foot on the gas, one foot in the grave." This song is amazing because it makes sense with so many different interpretations
