| Metric – Collect Call Lyrics | 16 years ago |

Oh wow I love this one so much. Here's my shot at what it means: The analogy is a collect call. The singer is saying it's up to the other person to except the costs of the relationship. Maybe she's too shy and reserved, and she needs someone else to get it started. "I'm a lazy dancer When you move I move with you" "If somebody's got soul You gotta make them move" The singer is saying something about herself: she's got soul, but she needs someone to bring it out. Someone else has to move first and she can dance with them. "The rest of the ride is riding on you" |

| Joshua Radin – You Got Growin' Up to Do Lyrics | 17 years ago |
| I don't think he's directly talking about immaturity. What he's singing about is a girl he loves, who is too prideful and won't let him get close. As much as it pains him, he leaves her alone to grow up a bit and realize what a fool she's being. Until "it's time for payment in kind". Until she will humble herself and love him in return. | |
