This song really touches a deep and controversial topic. I really respect Tim and the guys for creating such a simple, yet powerful song. These guys are a huge inspiration in the metal realm, along with us normal everyday people just taking life one day at a time. |

Its just about us as men not wanting that life of 'self' wants and trying to live not necessarily 'righteous' (you don't have to be a Christian in order to be a 'good' person) but trying to live a life without the 'self' indulgence of what this world has to offer.... and also, it could be about a certain 'addiction' that he never wanted but yet, couldn't go without it, and realized that he doesn't have to live with it. With Christ, All Things Are Possible!!! |
