A year and a half after my brother passed away (1999), I got depressed. One night I had a vivid dream about my brother and he sang this song to me. At the time I didn't know the words, but I recognized the song. Next day I bought the cd and read the text: these are my brothers words telling me he wanted to reach me one more time, through my rain into the sunshine and make me smile again.... At that time I knew I had to face myself, and get better...... it worked.... Whenever I hear the song, I hear my brother talking to me. That's what it means to me. |
