| Skid Row – 18 And Life Lyrics

First off Reub, you're not that important, so stop with the egocentrical all caps shit. Yes, you're pretty close except Ricky Kasso never shot anyone. Second, Ricky in the song shoots his friend on accident. The Acid King Ricky stabbed Gary 30 to 40 times, gutting the eyes, leaving the face unrecognizable with the help of friend Jimmy. Now I don't think the violent stabbing was an accident. As Ricky from the song would say "Accidents will happen."
Now I can understand that the song took example from Ricky Kasso, everything comes from somewhere, but it's not about him. It's a fictional Ricky. The song has the same moral, or "meaning" so to speak. |

| Dio – Rainbow In The Dark Lyrics

Hell, I'm not even going to try hard to correct these ignorant "Dio's gay" comments. If they can come up with something as farfetched as that, they're probably too stubbord and thick-headed to listen to anything except they're own ass talking.
Dio's complicated, not gay. Fucking rainbow retards. |

So, someone pegs the true meaning and the others just throw it out the window because Dave did drugs? What a social cliche. CJF has it perfect. Are you people on so many drugs you can't see that? Nevermind, I already know the answer to that. |

Does anybody ever research? Eru-kun has it perfect. The speaker want to overthrow the oppressive Abyss King. To do this, he journeys to master the 5 magics, but in doing so, becomes evil and power-hungry just like the Abyss Lord he opposes. Since the Abyss King already knew the 5 magics, he wins the fight. The hero dies, don't be mistaken. Resistance is futile, huh? Nice dead-on shot though Eru-kun. |

| Corey Hart – Sunglasses at Night Lyrics

How could you even write libel like that Lady D!? WOW! The sunglasses are just one example of how society makes decisions for the commonwealth. He's showing that a totalitarian government issues these mandatory sunglasses to wear. He wears them to see the flaws of this police state, but at the same time wants to fight it. However, because of Aquarius Records wanting to better market the album, First Offense, the song was altered to sound like a love song...in a sense. The video still retains this controlling society, as do a lot of the lyrics. |
