I think the part about the lettuce and eggplant has to do with how we see other people. We see someone who appears to be so great, but everyone is a sinner, the rain falls on us all. and "the One who looks out from your eyes looks through hers and looks through mine" means that God sees through us all and sees us for who we are. great song. great band. amen. |

| I agree, this is a remarkable song, I can't stop listening to it. It seems to me that it's talking about how you can't really take away some of the beautiful things in life, that there can be beauty in anything. maybe, but that's just my opinion. | |
