Lyrics taken from the afterlife, it's so clever of Jon. This song in my opinion is one of the best off the new cd. It's so beautiful and different, this is what I was looking forward to hearing. This song can is on repeat all the time for me. Does anyone else think the beginning sounds like Wake Up from The Arcade Fire???? I think so. I believe this song like said, is about not belonging. Everyone feels that way sometimes. We are all just searching for that place We belong. |

The chorus is very prtetty but i don't know what it means, unless, its talking about watching an old movie on like a projector, and the film did not go round. i dont know what strings he's talking about. Unless he means guitar or something. everything else in this song i think i understand pretty well. i don't think it's meant to be a sad song, more of a life and love song. growing old with the person you're in love with. Eventually you die, and although it might not to be at the very same second as the person you love, they will be waiting for you. |
