To clarify the seed is JUST THAT - a baby. I think the song is being sung about a girl who is pregnant and the guy finds out ...but it's not his. Or is it? She doesn't know and doesn't want to fess up she's been sneaking around (Letting you in...you've got the feeling you've been followed) And it all kind of blows up over who is she going to be with? Who's the father? And the main guy is broken up over it. hilarious. i like it because now i see the song a whole new way. |

I don't know if this has already been said but: "Drink down that gin and kerosene, and come spit on bridges with me. Just to keep us warm. Then light a match to leave me be. Light a match to leave, me be." I thought this was just a clever way to say he's burning his bridges. |
