I agree with what has been said. I would also add that I hear this as a double meaning, both "No cars go [to the said place]." and also, "No cars [can] go." When he says, "don't know where we're going, let's go." it implies that going towards a literal destination is not actually "going" anywhere ie. making progress, but rather the act of going without knowing where is actually "going," e.g. the journey made by the mind "Between the click of the light and the start of the dream." |

Coldplay have gone too far with the melodrama on this one. Envisioning themselves as the dethroned king of France... it would be forgivable if it weren't for the way over-the-top sweeping strings that saturate this song. |

Going to have to jump in and say that these are the most cliched, juvenile, and absolutely inane lyrics I have ever heard. These guys have musical talent, but this is truly vomit inducing. |
