| Honestly, No offense to Chris Brown fans, but his music is just so annoying. His voice, & the sound of his beats, they are like every other rap/pop songs out there, I get sick of Chris Brown easily. I'm not saying I don't like this song, because I do, it's just his songs are so over played, and the quality isn't that great, so I don't see the big deal. But that's just my opinion, to other people he might the best thing ever. But to me, he is just the same as all the other pop singers. | |

I can relate to this song very much. Thats why I love it so much. Will is basically saying to this girl, that she needs to be herself, and no let anyone get in the way, she needs to be who she wants to be, and not let others make decisions for her. He is explaining that she is always prepared for dissapointement, or " Getting up for the let down" & that she needs to realize that she can get through anything, and it will make her proud one day to see how far shes come, and how she made herself who she is. He is also telling her that she can't just "SAY ANYTHING" to get through, she needs to say what she means, & what she feels, not just what people want to hear. A brilllllllliannnnnnnt song, Cartel is the best. (; |

Jessica Simpson is my most favorite singer of all time. She is absoultely brilliant, whether some people think she is a dumb blonde with no logic, you would be surprised. If you listen to her songs, you will be amazed. The songs she writes have so much meaning, and inspiration, & will most likely bring you to tears. Her songs are so good that they bring out emotions in you. When ever I'm upset, or really need a break, I just listen to her music, it really soothes me. You can call me corny if you want, but I'm telling you, she is the best singer you will ever hear in your life. This one song, Let Him Fly, is basically about her getting over Nick Lachey. She realizes that she can't talk to him anymore, there is not use, that it is useless trying to get him to understand her. thats why she says "ain't no talkin to this man" because she can't talk to him, he doesn't get what she is trying to say. & its useless for him to understand her, because she is getting over him. The song pretty much tells about how she did all she could to make things work, and try to get better, but she realizes it's time to let go, shes "letting him fly". When she says "Ain't no way to understand the stupid words of pride, it would take an acrobat but I already tried all that," she is portraying that there is no way to understand what he is doing to her, or what he is meaning, there is no way for him to understand her either, because it would take an "acrobat" or something else besides herself to do it, but shes tried EVERYTHING to get him to understand, & he still doesn't. so she needs to let him fly. she needs to let go of the love they shared. This is an absolutely amazing, beautiful, brilliant song. It helped me through a break-up with my ex-boyfriend, & i realized that no matter how much i want him back, I need to let him fly, because theres nothing else I can do. I relate to this song very much. I love it. |

I love love love All time Low, Especially Alex. (: I've seen them in concert & they are absoultely amazing. They are not like other wannabe rock bands that just want fame, they do what they do because they love it, & thats all that matters. This song Jasey Rae, I pretty much agree with everyone else about the meaning. I think Alex feels guilty about a one night stand with Jasey, but I also think that maybe he realizes he wants another chance with her, thats why he is telling her this. its an apology, but also i think he's asking her for another chance with him, he feels sorry for what happened, but he wants to start over with her & try working a relationship. But thats just my take on it, it could be wrong, it could be right. But Alex himself is amazing, his voice, his intentions, everything. & his hair . (; |
