| This song is the story of a prostitute. She has a crap life - she gets beaten around and feels 'dirty and cheap'. I also think that she gets raped, so when she says, 'I've been wronged by my wrongs again' she's saying I got raped, because I was a prostitute. She believed prostituting herself to be wrong, and that it was the cause of the sexual violation she experienced. So she's remembering the pain of that time in her life and how ashamed of herself she is. And at the end she's kind of like why did this happen blah blah. And the hush little child is like her inner child, or remembering herself when she was little. She's like I can't believe I went through this crap, and she's trying to calm herself down. And her visions are remebering what happenned. | |
