Also, the bridge is not "...follow me until the moment that it stopped." It's 'the moment that it stops," hence the title...
Anyway, this is a terrific song. One of my favorites ever. |

I'm pretty sure the bridge is "The sun burns a hole straight through your old flaws. If you look toward the sky even on your greyest night . . . " |

I think the last line of the song really says it all. Aaron seems to be writing about someone who can't get over the one they used to love or was involved with. No matter how hard we try to tell ourselves we are over this person, in the end we're all going to run right back to the start. |

Oh, and I'm not 100% sure, but I think it is "don't think you're lost" not "don't think you've lost." I don't know. Maybe it's just me, but I don't hear a V in there. |

Ok. A few things. I think it is either "Colorless this night", or "colorless as night"
Also, I really don't think it's "you've gotta run right back to the . . . "
It is "you're gonna run right back to the start/her arms"
And in the verse it is "tell yourself you don't still taste her, or hear her through the night."
And it is "run, run fast enough to lose yourself." Then Aaron says something I think about brakes and only move in circles. Can't quite catch it. |

Actually, every one of you is wrong.
When I saw them live Ian said that this song was about how his mom got a new boyfriend. I suppose it seems a little creepy in that light, but it does make sense. |
