I love this song just because it makes me smile everytime I hear it. :) I kind of wonder if there's a story behind it, or if they just recorded random silliness (which would be awesome, because I love both random silliness AND blessthefall!) Anyway...yeah. |

Since blessthefall is a Christian band, could this be a reference to the verse in the Bible that says if your eye causes you to sin gouge it out? I don't know; that's kind of a shot in the dark, but it could fit, perhaps.
Nonetheless, this song is tight! It's absolutely awesome, and I love it! I love blessthefall! It kind of saddens me that nobody has really heard of them, though. |

I really like this song...possibly the best from their new album. It seems to be about a man who was judged and extremely misunderstood by others. Deep down he was a good person, but people couldn't see past his surface issues. (which really is a shame in today's world sometimes...the judgement). |

I really don't like this song...actually I really don't like most of their new faster-tempoed songs. I miss the old Shinedown :(. Anyway, I think this song is either about a girl who is likened to cocaine & suicide or a girl who is killing herself with cocaine. Either way, I think I already mentioned that I miss their old stuff...I still absolutely love Shinedown, but their new album was very disappointing for me...at least there are some good slower songs on it. I'll give them that. |

I still think 'Leave a Whisper' was their best album, but this song is beautiful. It fits so perfectly with my life as I will be leaving for college on the other side of the country in August. |
