| the monster is what the workers used to call the time out rooms in the n19th century insane asylums. and they painted all of the walls red because the patients pulled there nails, hair, and self inflicted wounds on themselves while they were in there. with the walls and everything painted red, they didn't have to worry about cleaning the walls in between patients. the lyrics are def written in the "clockwork orange" language. but after researching the sanitoriums, i think he's talking about an asylum. and if you research this on your own, and read the book too. you'll see the similarities also. | |
