I think it's about trying to move on just after feeling like you might be over someone, and then having them come back and well up all the feelings that you thought you had shed. |

Definitely right that it's about faith, and believing in something bigger than us, or just something truly good.
We all fill our lives with so much doubt, which is supposed to keep us safe, but it holds us back from what we love about life. I think this song is about holding on to that doubt, but knowing deep down that it's holding you back from truly feeling alive.
By the way, I think the very last line is actually "we Don't want answers anyway..." |
