I can comprehend where he says "I'm selfish as selfish comes. Youre giving me a run for my money, honey." Its saying that he's pretty high on the selfish meter, probably the highest that he knows. But he finds this girl who shows him pretty much how selfish he is by him seeing how selfish she is. But that's all I get prettymuch but I don't know. Help? |

Personally, I'm getting that this song is about how there's a girl and a boy. The body language they flirtasiously exchange is caught by the other's eye, though the girl has a boyfriend. At the point where he gets to "You want to know. You want to know!" It's all about howshe finally gets curious enough to study it more. But he will never tell. Then again, that's my opinion. |

This song was made before the acctual "Paramore". If I'm not mistakened, then this was made by Hayley Nichole Williams and some boys in another band. Not sure what the other band was, really. The meaning of the song is pretty straight forward. As are most of the Paramore songs. They barely have any confusing lyrics, yet their songs are still brilliant and beautiful. :D |
