Ok...Black Tide is one of the best bands EVER... Here is my and my friends interpretation of this awesome song... "Are you the one That I've been looking for all along I can't wait any longer I don't have much time Please tell me now" He has been dreaming of her, she is the one he wants...he doesnt want to wait any longer for her...is she the one for him? "Your skin, your exquisite flesh, your sweat Drips down your neck, please tell me one day You'll be mine, all mine The heat from your body, drives me insane And I doubt that I can stand much longer When I'm around you my body aches And when I see your face everything else Just seems fake" I am having trouble finding a way to put what I think of this part into words, so here is my pathetic attemp at telling you...: He see her and thinks that she is hot, everything about her is perfect, the way her sweat drips doen her neck after ummm, yeah, he wants her to be his...being around her and not being able to have her drives him insane... when he is around her, everything seems less important than her... "How much longer must I wait How much longer will I crave How much longer can I stand you I'm trapped in this Hell" How muich longer will he have to wait for her to become his, he can't wait, he is going through hell waiting for her. "Let me have you Let me touch you Let me get inside" well, my five year old cousin gets this part.. he wants her, he wants to touch her, he ummm, wants to get, ummm, inside her... yeah... that is our take on it... |
