This song seems to be discussing the life of an exotic dancer or a stripper, who can't seem to leave the life of stripping because the money is good and constant (comin in every single night)and she enjoys the attention of the lights and excitement. Houston, Atlanta and Vegas are states that are known for their crazy night life and strip clubs and bars. And this girl is stuck in Houstatlantavegas (all the places of crazy life) Throw your ones up in the air refers to singles, I'm sure. Drake's rap seems to suggest that the girl is not satisfied with this lifestyle completely (we all had dreams)and she gets all f**ked up and he loves her, but she is pushing him away with her behavior. He always rescues her but she needs to save herself. She is beautiful and he wants to be with her but she lives in a mindset that he can never move to. |

why does it seem weird to you. He is talking about guessing a girl's number who is has not given it to him. 320 is a cali zip code and he is just kinda guessing the rest until she gives him the digits.
