Nightwish – Ghost Love Score Lyrics 17 years ago
In accordance with Lee Kong Hian's perception on the song... wow.

I never thought of it that way.

Such beautiful words.

Clannad – I Will Find You Lyrics 17 years ago
When I had first heard Enya's song 'Only Time' [years ago], it inspired me to hear more songs from her. I then found I had heard them long before and didn't even know it was her! Well, I was excited to find out she was also in a band along with her sister, brother and uncles.

Then I heard this beautiful song.
It relates a bit to mine own life. Someone I love moved far from me, and we are still much in love, we planned on getting married. This song helps me to believe I will see him again, and we can be a family [him, my daughter, and I].

It is a lovely song.

[I didn't see the film unfortunately].

On a side note, does anyone know what the translation is for the Mohican and Cherokee lyrics are? They're beautiful so I am just curious.

Atreyu – Can't Happen Here Lyrics 17 years ago
For the sake of having no money to purchase their albums and just listening to the radio all of the time, they always play 'Becoming the Bull' and 'Falling Down'. So I am just starting to get into them [in which I have decided to research them online and hear their other songs that way].

First off, to those who read this, I mean not to offend, but to understand and relate.

This song makes me think of war in general. With the 'does your god know my god' line in there, it makes me think of a 'holy war'. Religious wars have been going on since the beginning of time. I don't believe they will come to an end any time soon, despite the innocent bloodshed. I am a christian [without denomination, just a relationship with Christ] and agree the song is of religion's negative impacts.

Here 2 Hear. I hope you do not believe that all of us 'Yanks' are the same. Every time I see an Iragi video with children wishing to blow Bush up, I don't blame them. Bush sucks. Although, those children's youth and innocence is destroyed by the negativity of the religion they were raised to believe.

I will not defend the Iraqi's, although, I will not defend our President and this self-righteous, ego-tripping government.

Blue Öyster Cult – Don't Fear The Reaper Lyrics 17 years ago
dashchick8044. you are wrong.

halffast and ZinbobDan have to the very mark [or just about].

in the words of Buck Dharma: 'i felt that i had just achieved some kind of resonance with the psychology of people when I came up with that, i was actually kind of appalled when i first realized that some people were seeing it as an advertisement for suicide or something that was not my intention at all. it is, like, not to be afraid of it (as opposed to actively bring it about). it's basically a love song where the love transcends the actual physical existence of the partners.'

ta da.

i like that word 'transcend'.
