Given that this whole album originated from Tori's breakup (but then she generalized it all), I find it hard to believe that this particular song is about anything but a complete lack of trust in all men - rather than in one man. | |

I wouldn't want to be pedantic, but in the very last two words I just can't hear the sound of an M - no matter how many times I listen to it, it still sounds to me like "be alright". But then the pronunciation is slurred the whole way through, so I can't really judge. I guess he made the lyrics deliberately unclear and hard to understand because of their personal meaning. |
