| Say Anything – Vexed Lyrics | 17 years ago |
| everyone who said that this song was about a chick... wouldn't it be just a little difficult for her to do him from behind? that part's a little obvious. | |

| Paramore – Emergency Lyrics | 17 years ago |
| i freaking love the "so are you listening? so are you watching me?" part. i used to dislike paramore (it was so annoying on the sims) until i got lost in kentucky for a couple hours while this cd played over and over. | |
| Say Anything – Admit It!!! Lyrics | 17 years ago |
| it's so hilarious because this perfectly describes this pretentious bitch i knew i just wanted to play this song for her all the time. | |
| Say Anything – I Want To Know Your Plans (Alternate Version) Lyrics | 17 years ago |
| i don't like this version as much. "i'll buy a boquet," it's just so tacky. the album version is just so much more brutally honest and still sweet. | |
| Say Anything – I Want To Know Your Plans Lyrics | 17 years ago |
| i like how max is telling this girl that he loves him even though he's made mistakes, but being honest and not promising things that he really won't do (like the roses part, which is fucking sweet). | |
| Say Anything – Wow, I Can Get Sexual Too Lyrics | 17 years ago |
| SHUL! not school! no one ever gets it right. it's a jewish thing, hence rabbi. | |
| Say Anything – Metal Now Lyrics | 17 years ago |
|
"get in my bed, i want to kill you" how much more obvious angry sex does it get? as for "metal now" i'm a little confused... aside from obvious things it could be a razor? just a guess. |

| Bright Eyes – From a Balance Beam Lyrics | 17 years ago |

I'm with Jetsabel, I think this song is about a failed suicide attempt and depression. I'm not exactly sure about the very begining part. "A gymnasium of eyes were all holding on to me" I think this means that everyone thinks he is suicidal so they're watching him. "It was a small mistake, sometimes that's all it takes" then he tries to kill himself. The next stanza is him hoping that his suicide will be successful ("I'm staring at my wrist, Hoping that the timing is right") and for him everything will be gone ("There will be no planets to align"). "But in all of my salvation (he survived) I still felt imprisoned inside that holding cell that is myself (but he's depressed)" "So I wait for the day when I'll hear the key..." I think that part is about him waiting for his depression to end so he'll be him again. "No, we won't ever worry again" I think that realates back to the first part about people worrying about him. It doesn't make sense in spots, and I think Conor knows that, because of the last line. These are just my thoughts. It could be about the apocolypse or bunnies or something. |
