this song is clearly about a savior saving an oppressed people. its obviously modeled after jesus in armageddon, but it doesnt necessarily mean it IS jesus. but the parallels are obvious |

Wow, these lyrics seem pretty clear to me. These are the guys and girls who protect us. They see war and violence for our defense (hell-riders).
I see this as a great tribute to our men and women in Iraq, Vietnam, etc. These are very brave people "riding hell" for us. |
