Well J. does get alot of influence from poetry and classical music. But something about his voice gives me the impression this is much more personal... This is their most powerful song, by far. I think he tied a poem to a life experience to be honest...similar to what you all have already posted. |

Definitely a relationship song... Maybe he tried to fit into her "lifestyle" while trying to change it at the same time but realized he couldnt do both and was ashamed to trying to be in her lifestyle. He's a loser to her because of his unwillingness to participate in her addictions. |

I loved this song the minute I heard it. J. Loren is so powerful with playing on emotions in his art... I can see all the posts above as correct in a way... To me, it means you're watching terrible things happen but choose to lay low about them. |
