Jakalope – House of Trepidation Lyrics | 15 years ago |
It should be, "I've tripped to the other side I've fell in to wish the other side Don't know if you can read my mind But I think not, I'll throw it Oh I think I, I mind I don't mean to be so shy But I don't know what to do this time It could be lost it could be alive As you walk away I think I'll stay Might not be the one for me But I'm thinkin' oh so constantly Might be right You might be wrong You're my temptation, you're my perfection But you don't understand (Might not be the one, for me) Let's try it anyway I won't walk away" |
I Am X-ray – Pretty Rave Girl Lyrics | 16 years ago |
Honestly, people take and remake songs all the time, like Marilyn Manson and the song Tainted Love. You shouldn't have a hissy fit about it. :P |
Angelspit – Create Desire Lyrics | 16 years ago |
From an interview with Angelspit: "Create Desire is a comment on our society’s lust to consume. “Creating desire” is what marketing does to sell a product….even when the product is not needed. So drone consumers spend money on plastic trinkets they don’t need. If you want to see an example of this, check out most advertising campaigns for mobile phones. You don’t need half the stuff on a new phone, but you are brainwashed into thinking that you want it…so you convince yourself that you need it…and why not? your last contract is almost over….meanwhile the pile of plastic rubbish grows…and don’t believe the hype about recycling materials in phones – there is overwhelming evidence that recycling electronic parts is extremely non-environmentally friendly and uneconomical. We want to make our lyrics relevant to people. We want them to address the confusion and frustration that we all feel towards contemporary society. Although we don’t offer many answers, we want people to know that they are not alone in their feelings towards our society." |
Angelspit – Wolf Lyrics | 16 years ago |
This is what Angelspit wrote in an interview. "Wolf is a twisted version of little Red Riding Hood. In our version, Little Red Riding Hood is facing her fears and about to slash the wolf to ribbons: “You’ve got big teeth, but I’ve got a knife”." |
