when the song begins, Maynard is talking about using psychoactive drugs again after a long period of time away from them. one time Maynard said that you should only use drugs to see the goal, then reach them without their assistance. as he admits his defeat, he takes the drugs and is tumbling down the rabbit hole, and wiping the dew from his "third eye" he hasn't used in quite some time. the song is actually quite simple, dont look so deep. the answers are right in front of you |
