Straightedge is a fucking commitment. I absolutely agree with xFLOORPUNCHx. This song is about commitment and people that know what they believe in and know what they want to stand up for. I for one have never been intoxicated nor have i smoked. I don't sleep around and hardcore shouldn't be a word everyone labels themselves with. Hardcore is standing among other edgers, dripping in sweat and shouting out with your fist in the hair for what you believe in. To experience that feeling, you find yourself hooked. xAFBx are one of the best straightedge bands out! This song in particular makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up and makes me wanna shout out exactly how i feel about 'cheap dates' aka whores. This song is for all cheap dates that go by how they look, how much make-up they can pile on and how many guys they can sleep with. People like that don't deserve to live, don't deserve repsect or recognition what-so-ever! I'm proud to be straightedge. Its a lifestyle that means the world to me. To be pure, to be in control of my life and do stand up for what i believe in. Cheap Dates go to hell!! I'm straightedge and never going back. [: |
