I think it's "What the saint's forgot, I must now remind you" Listen to it carefully right after waynes 2nd part where it slows down... It makes more sense if Kevin really did say it was about Jesus & Judas.. My first reaction was that the song was about the prodigal son because of this verse: "Now the son's discrased He, who knew his father When he cursed his name Turned, and chased the dollar But it broke his heart So he stuck his middle finger To the world" Buuut maybe its just betrayal in general, and Kevin used a couple biblical examples to show that.. |

The posted lyrics are all messed up and don't make sense.. "this blank god" should be "this blanket." "mace with moonlight" should be "laced with moonlight." "but i let my old self go," should be, "lord i'd let my old self go, and i'd grow." you also left out "if we drive, til the night ends" that comes during "and we're miles from ordinary." and also alysenn's correction, and those would be right. sorry for being so picky, it's just that this is one of my all time favorite songs ;) |
