okay, so me && my boyfriend started dating, almost 2 weeks ago. && i haven't seen him for over 2 weeks. TONIGHT, we're going to the carnival together. so he posted this song as a bulletin on myspace. && i thought about it, i think it could be about a couple who wasn't seen each other in a while, && they are anticipating the night where they will see each other. && it could be about a friend who has passed. i think of it in both ways, it reminds me of my boyfriend,&& my friend who passed in november. |

this sorta reminds me of a past experience. in the beginning of my 7th grade year, i met a guy. he was funny. && cool. and i liked him a lot. i kept it to myself for MONTHS. && once a couple of my friends realized i liked him && asked me if i did, they told him i did. it was awkward ever since then. but eventually we started hanging out a lot. going to movies together. goofing off. flirting a lot. and so i asked him out. he said no, && from then on out, i wasn't the same. until one day, out of no where, he asked me out. we hadn't been hanging out lately or anything. && he still asked me out. i was amazed. so of course i said yes. && as much as i was glad we were finally together, it just couldn't work. :// |

okay, i might be wrong, but this is just the way i took the song. when i first heard it, i heard it on the z[: i had been hanging out with this guy for a few months now, && i pretty much liked him. we've done tons of things together. so we were "talking" if you will. so when i heard this song, i deff. thought about him. && all the good times we've had. so this song, i guess, is about a couple that met. he really liked her, but at first, she didn't REALLY like him. after a while, she fell in love. && from that day they've been happy together. not just the summer, but everything else. the fall, winter, && spring. this is deff. an amazing couple song for the summertime. i love it. && it's deff. me && my amazing boyfriend's song together. please correct me if i'm wrong. :] |
