| Helloween – Victim Of Fate Lyrics | 17 years ago |

The lyrics of this song remind me of Saxon's "Never Surrender" "I was born on the back streets On the rotten side of town I never had me nothin' Just people puttin' me down Living on the dark side Across the railroad track Leaving wasn't easy But I'm never going back I'm sticking in the fast lane I never wanna quit I'm taking all my chances I'm gonna take 'em quick I started at the bottom But I'm headed to the top Ain't nobody gonna hold me back 'Cause I'm never gonna stop" A lot of the same wording. Kind of interesting. |

| Primal Fear – Living For Metal Lyrics | 17 years ago |
| I love this song. To me it shows the cycle of metal, growing up listening to your favorite bands and going to see them live, then getting your friends together and starting your own band. I believe the chorus is talking about how the crowd energizes the band while they are playing. | |
| Primal Fear – Speedking (Deep Purple cover) Lyrics | 17 years ago |
| Cover of a Deep Purple song off the album "In Rock". Fear really doesn't add much to their covers in my opinion (with the exception of Metal Gods) but they are solid. I remember on the liner notes of "In Rock", Deep Purple listed Speed King as "Some root resown". Basically a mix up of lyrics from 50's rock music. | |
| Edguy – Catch Of The Century Lyrics | 17 years ago |
| I think the ending pretty much sums up the song. It's directed towards someone (probably a woman) who doesn't think the singer is worthy of their time and attention. The singer responds that they are making a mistake, since one day they are going to be very successful. | |
