the first time i heard this song was right after my best friend went to rehab for being addicted to speed and she was literally waisting away. i was just listening to all the brand new i hadn't heard on my ipod randomly and this song came on and right away it caught my attention. it is so damn good. my favorite part is definately: "If I could I would shrink myself and sink through your skin to your blood cells Remove whatever makes you hurt, but I am too weak to be your cure" it's so sad, but so true. when you love someone enough you will do anything to try and make them feel better. personally i thought of it as being, "i am too weak to be your cure" because i couldn't help her until she could help herself. |
