im gonna throw my little thing in. i not really into opeth, but this song caught my attention.
i did some research and it might be about a book with the same name. i say that because it kinda fits together, the book is basically about a guy who retires too early and tries to spend his money on an island. for example when it said flee from sorrow pushing your spirits away, it tells you that the guy is basically running from his problems. the last part of the song may describe what he was thinking when he went insane for the last six years of his miserable life in the book. the book is the same name of the song, i guess what i can say is check it out. thats jus my opinion. |
