Has anyone ever found that song that IS a situation. It's like, you hear it and feel like you wrote it for that person. Yeah. I bet you can guess what song I'm thinking of. So there's this kid. And, Because of him I percieve the song as follows; Girl likes boy. Boy doesn't know girl, boy lives in completely different world from girl. Girl knows that he'll never feel the same, but somehow, she still can't forget him. She still loves him, and wishes that she "can make you see, that this is where you ought to be, come down to me" The "Come Down to Me" ---> In my experience, Girl simply feels inferior. "You're beautiful, just the way you are, and I love it all, every line and every scar" I see it as; Guy is quirky. But despite everything, Girl wouldn't want to change him for the reuniting of the Beatles, because she loves him so much, and all she wants is to be with him, even though she knows it won't happen. (and then Guy falls in love with girl's best friend, and girl's new favorite song is "I'm not that Girl" from wicked.) |
