Historically, crows are symbols of death (several crows flying together are called a "murder of crows") So I think that's what he means when he says "let them live" The first verse definitely sounds like someone being ashamed of being with a significant other. Maybe Sonny himself? But other than that, the song is pretty vague because it's so many repeated lines. |
