| Motion City Soundtrack – Worker Bee Lyrics | 16 years ago |

It's "a total distortion of lifelong disorders" The song is about how he's overcome his addictions, sorted himself out and got his life back together, IMO. Justin said that the song was basically a big "Look at how good I'm doing!" |

| Biffy Clyro – Born on a Horse Lyrics | 16 years ago |

Ever heard the saying "Get off your high horse"? Born on a horse. Born on a high horse. It's about talking down to people and being patronizing. The opening lines are perfect examples of this. "I pronounce it aluminium 'cause there's an 'i' next to the 'u' and 'm'. Now write it down slowly and read it out fast" Obviously specifically targeting Americans there, but it's calling them stupid, as if they can't even pronounce/spell a word correctly. |

| Right Away, Great Captain! – What a Pity Lyrics | 16 years ago |

It's not "No matter how I tried, still the house won't send you now" It's: "No matter how I try, it's still a house on sand, you know" |

I think it's "NUMB the parasites burn beneath the lights" and "How could it be for LOVE?" |

| Say Anything – Have at Thee! Lyrics | 17 years ago |

I could kind of relate to this song in my own way. I think the whole "Have at thee, false christ! I've been dreaming on" is maybe that he's mad ad God for not making things work out with him and this girl, and that he's just been dreaming for it to happen. That's the only real thing that I think could be hard to interpret in the song. Apart from that I think it's just frustration through not getting the girl, then the typical "Fuck her, I don't need her" of "I'll blow her love away" "I'll go out and get crunk with my friends" is pretty much just to get drunk and forget about it, obviouslty |
