its almost like in the beginning, everythings good and theyre just having the times of their lives, that even god could not contain them.. then in the second verse, after the chorus where obviously somethings gone wrong and everything is crashing down around them, god has let them go and now theyre drinking water from the sea thats taking their lives and, only together, they can fight the downward motion pulling them down.. and its almost like they ran away? and now "back in the kingdom they were kings and queens and oh so strong." but now that theyve ran and seen what its really like theyre seeing the colder side of land and sea... i love this song so much, its unbelievable gives me the chills :) |

i think the car crash at the beginning is an analogy for a girl he cant get.. and then "open doorways, but shes still searching for her keys" about a girl who he'll never be good enough for and a girl that is never really satisfied with any guy a tease who he fell in love with just what im thinking it is :) might be wrong haha just starting |
