i enjoy brand new thoroughly, and i think jesse is brilliant, but i feel as if he gives God an uncaring, human-like image, confusing every searching person out there, which is every single one of us. |

auuugh it captures the feeling you can't quite capture yourself when wanting to explain something unexplainable if one wasn't there to see it. |

most people think that this song could soley apply to men, but it could equally apply to women. unfortunatly i've lived through both sides, mrs.busybody and also the "(wo)man on the side", and i can fully testify that women indeed can feel the desperation of:
Is I would be free when you wanted me/
If you wanted me, if you wanted me |

haa this song is about two lovers who tried to keep an arms length relationship with each other (We've always said that our heads were ruling) and accidentally stumbled in love |

the most catching part of this song to me is "I fell in love with the dream that I built of you". isn' that so true for most people when in this situation? it seems as though people try to mold others into what role they'd like them to play in their lives, reguardless if they are aware of the other person's true identity. |

this song uses imagery to put the listener in the place and time described. it reminds me of this boy that i always spend my summers with but then come the beginning of fall we fall apart. it seems as though we shed our summer skin. |

this song hits the feelings after a mild separation right on the head...not too dramatic which i like, but still reaching the realization that it's over and it will be painful. his voice is lovely. he is lovely. cheers to his memory |

i really like the guitar in this song; it seems as if it is off pitch but then it just flows so lovely...the ending is perfect, because many know the feeling of being afraid to love |

my question is why would she want someone like this man?she is obviously genuine and money doesn't make her, so why would she want someone like him.
"And your laugh is tale-telling
They follow but you know you're not a funny man
The truth is the meaning
And your life is that you wouldn't have one
If you were poor "
not desireable at all. |

i think the steel eyed dinosaur reference just enforces the fact that their love is that over...extinct, like an old war. |
