In the first verse when he speaks about JFK's assassination, he is saying that it may have been more simple than we think. No conspiracy, just a slightly bored, completely confused man. In the second verse, he speaks of global warming. Since global warming is really happening, we can do our part as individuals to try to reduce emissions, but we shouldn't agonize over it. We should do all that we can, but when it comes down to it, we can only do so much. Instead of agonizing, we should look at the bright side: now we can swim every day in November. Some people must like that, right? |
