at first i didn't know what "the darkness around me- shore of a solar sea" meant but i realized that its refering to the dark sky, "shore of a solar sea" i love this song. Tarja has such a beautiful voice. and the lyrics are perfect |

i agree.... at the time when i first heard this song i had a big crush on my friend and so i took this song as meaning like 'i like you why don't you like me too?' and also 'why can't i stop thinking about you?' "why have you waited to embrace me my dear? cold is your silence, denying what is real i'm still wondering why i'm still calling you name my dear" and when i would think about that while listening to this song it would always make me sad. i love this song though!!!!!!! |

| i love this song. i agree with what you all have said.. its like the person is hiding something and the singer feels bad that the person wont open up, but she isnt giving up on this person she'll always be waiting for the answer | |
