well, it`s pretty clear that the song is about a girl waiting 'for her man' and the pain she was put through because of his loss. but I think that the sea thing could mean something else too : And lead me away To unseen shores The lyrics manage to give a very powerful feeling of love and devotion, in the Placebo distinctive way xD "And I'll walk the sea forever more 'til I find my Jackie-oh "... beautiful/sad song.. |
