jake is my guitar idol and i take my style takes alot of influence from him. he is great. Strung Out is great, and i hope they come back to sydney again soon cause they put on a kick ass show :) |

ivegottheedge21 i noticed that straight away and had to go listen to Dethbed straight after lol they are very similar. As for the new album I absolutly love it :) It is different, but a great different, and the reason i think it is different is because back in there old albums they were young and learning about life and trying to deal with the aspects of life they found hard and thats what they wrote about, Now that they are older, and more mature, they are now all hapily married ect so the songs they write are more 'happy' and dont include some of the elements herd in their old stuff like Maybe I'll catch fire or the heartbreak story in she took him to the lake. N e way that probs didnt make much sence so i will stop embarassing myself further lol |
