o wow. the rev may be kinda messed up, but this song is still awesome. i love johnny's voice as the preacher for the wedding...he's perfect for it. theres a video for the making of this song, and the whole band is freaked out at how creepy of a song the rev wrote...a7x is waay too awesome. |

all i can say is 'wow' this is an incredibly moving song...i get chills everytime i listen to it. i did an interpretive skit to this song with a group of highschoolers at my church camp...everyone was crying by the time it said 'you're all i want, you're all i need' everytime it gets to that point in the song, i get shivers. if you want to look at the skit, go to youtube and search for 'lifehouse's everything skit'. its the one where there is a very large audience..its not the one i did, but the one i did was based off of this one and exactly the same. our God is so awesome!...and this song is about his relationship with his creator. |

In the beginning, there are two friends that are together. they both go their separate ways, one goes the corporate way, and the other goes the peaceful way (hence the big 'C' and the dove signs in the music video) They continue on, and one becomes a dictator and ends up killing his friend. I know that this song has many meanings, but I feel like this is the main idea of it. The beginning of the song is more innocent, talking about kids things. The song progresses, and gets into more serious things. |

| I have NO idea why people would view this song as a perverted one. It's about God, and her love for Him. If you notice in the music video, her hands are raised in priase the entire time. When her "tongue dances behind her lips", its talking about praising/worshipping, nothing perverted. This is a christian band, and this is a well done song. | |
