This song is about trust issues, or at least that's what I get from it. It's about not being able to let anyone in because of those issues. ("'cause I can’t let you in/'cause these walls have been built") In the end of the song, though, these "walls" are being broken. They're letting someone in. ("And all my broken hearts/and all my forgettable false starts/well you can have them right now/but you better not look away/You can have 'em right now but you better not look away") This song is amazing. |
