i think this song is about how, as mentioned above, he feels like he his becoming his father, who mayb left him as a child he mayb means he is giving up on things because he doesn't hav the willpower to stick it out and make things right but he describes it as if it is an inherited disease so people will take pity on him coz he can't help it |

I posted these, but couldn't decide if it was phone or tone in the pre-chorus bit, please tell me which you think it is so I can edit them. It sounds to me more like tone, but phone makes more sense with the dog and bone rhyming sland, i.e phone Castles Are Coming |
