In my opinion this song is about a girl who is religious and cuts her wrists (her addiction). She is very depressed and not happy in her skin. I think the lead singer is very close to her and feels if she doesnt stop doing this she will die, "And the cross from someone she has not met. Not yet." |

About the whole 8-ball thing, that could mean a number of things people have different slang throughout the world he could be talking about something completly off the wall that would be considered an inside thing between him and his friends. I dont personally think this line is about drugs but who knows. |
